Hello Dear Readers! Well, Dot and Mae got a lot done this weekend, you’ll be happy to know. Today, guess what? It snowed. Again. So Here are some things to do if you are snowed into your house and you wish you could go outside and play, but your mom says, “No, it’s too cold!” (and it really is!)

1. Go to MAGMYPIC.COM and make funny magazine covers of your friends and family - then send them to them by email, or print them out and hang them on your fridge door.

2. Go to Screaming Duck and do some fun doodles with crazy moving lines and floating bubbles - it’s like pouring soda on your doodle!

3. There’s a really cool site that lets you make paintings like Jackson Pollock.

He was a painter from the United States who worked in a style called Abstract Expressionism. He is known mostly for his work from the 1940s and 1950s. (The picture we’ve posted really doesn’t do the art justice. If you ever get to go to an art museum, you’ll see what we mean - the paintings looks so much more beautiful in person than in a picture.) If you go to the site, you can make your own painting - it’s really fun and relaxing . . . just click on the page and the color of the paint will change - you never know what you’re going got get! It’s very addicting.
